New Site as a Blog

In order to reduce costs, I have removed the old site and switched to a free site using Blogger. It will also keep a history nicely of past meetings.

We still have our mailing lists.

The new site allows for:

• Comments and feedback on posts


• Allows more than one person to post to the site


• Posts are available via Atom feeds.


• The same email I send out the mailing list can be configured to automatically post to the site ;-)


• The Interface was easy use


• No server to maintain, just change a few DNS changes.
